Reviews and Ratings
I had a rather mixed experience at Le Phenix Hotel. The location near the old town was fantastic, making it easy to explore Lyon. However, my room was one of the few without windows to the outside, which made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable during my stay.
I really enjoyed my 5-night stay at Le Phenix Hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the River Saone, which was a definite highlight. However, I found the bathroom layout a bit awkward with some design issues that could use improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at Le Phenix Hotel, enjoying its cozy ambiance and spacious room that overlooked the River Saône. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the historic old town, making it easy to explore. However, I found the breakfast offerings lacking and felt the pricing was too high for the limited options available.
I had a lovely stay at Le Phenix Hotel, mainly thanks to its fantastic location right in Vieux Lyon. The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. However, my room was a bit on the warm side since I didn't have proper control over the temperature. The hotel offered a solid breakfast, but I felt some amenities could use a freshening up.
I had a lovely stay at Le Phenix Hotel. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from many attractions and with plenty of nearby dining options. My room was clean and cozy. although I did encounter some inconsistencies with service upon arrival that were a bit disappointing. The overall experience was positive, and I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff.
